May Genealogy Club Meeting

Date:
Thu, 05/30/2013 - 9:30am
Place:
Conference Room - Administration Wing

Genealogy Resources

In May we will offer information about the wealth of U.S. Government genealogy resources. Get research tips from the National Archives to help you locate immigration records and land records. Learn about state-by-state genealogy materials including regulations regarding vital records. Check out Castle Garden for immigration records prior to the opening of Ellis Island.

We'll demonstrate how to request microfilm from Family Search and how to use our state-of-the -art microfilm viewer. We also look forward to a family history presentation from one of our members.

Everyone is welcome to this free event.
