The Library is excited to offer a collection of over 610,000 electronic books, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, music, and videos through the library’s catalog. We share some titles with other libraries, and purchase additional titles just for Bud Werner Library card holders

  • A current library card number is required to check out materials.

  • Titles are automatically returned and you are welcome to borrow a title again if you are not finished. Music titles, however, can only be borrowed 2 times in 1 month.
  • Titles may be streamed or downloaded for offline enjoyment.

  • A lending period of 7, 14, or 21 days can be chosen from within your account settings.
  • Digital items are like physical items, meaning you will have to place a hold if all copies of a title have been loaned.
  • Once a hold becomes available, you will be notified by email and you will have 3 days to borrow it before the hold expires.
  • Available on various devices.
  • Accounts with more than $25 in fines will be denied access to Overdrive.

  • If the Libby app is not available for your device or operating system (devices over 2 years old, some Kindle Fire variants, etc.), use the Overdrive app.
  • A current library card number is required to borrow materials.   
  • You can borrow an unlimited number of magazines.

Read the daily New York Times online. Enjoy access to articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, multimedia features and historical content dating back to 1851. Once you have created an account with New York Times, you may download and use the app and the TimesMachine in 72 hour intervals.
