How it Works
Step One: Request Materials
- Visit our online catalog and use one or our lists to discover materials.
- You may request any item in our catalog.
- It may take up to 24 hours for staff to pull items that are on our shelves.
- You will be notified that your request is ready for pick up via email, text, or a phone call, depending on your stated preference in your account.
Step Two: Call the Library from the parking lot (if you don’t have a cell phone, call us before you leave home).
- After you receive notification, call the library when you are outside and ready to pick up your holds.970-879-0240 x302
- Staff will pull your items from the hold shelf, check them out, put them in a bag, and place the bag on the blue cart directly outside the Yampa River entrance.
Step Three: Pick up your items.
- Items ready for pick-up will be on the blue cart located right outside the Yampa River entrance.
- If you need someone to bring your items to your car, please let us know and we will bring them to you.
