
Library Hall may be used for meetings or performance by non-profit, private, and for-profit groups, and is ADA accessible. Those using the space are responsible for set up, take-down, and clean-up.
Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance. Reservations will be accepted and considered "pending" until deposits and payment are completed. You will receive an email with a link to pay for your reservation and you will have 7 days to complete the payment. You will also be required to sign the Meeting Room User Agreement (external Google HTML Doc) and submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance (if alcohol is served). These must be received 2-days before the event when you pick up your key.
Food, drinks and alcohol may be served in Library Hall, but serving alcohol is subject to applicable state laws and city ordinances. Refer to the City of Steamboat Springs Special Event Liquor Permit to determine if you need to obtain a Special Event Liquor Permit.
If serving alcohol, you will also be required to obtain general liability insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 as per the Bud Werner Memorial Library's User Agreement (external Google HTML Doc).

- Dimensions: The room is 1700 square feet and shaped like a trapezoid. Its widest dimension at the Lincoln Ave. windows is 46 feet 9 inches, and its narrowest is 31 feet 6 inches at the kitchen. It is 47 feet 5 inches long excluding the entry and restroom areas.
