Steamboat StoryWalk
StoryWalk® is a fun, educational activity that places a children's storybook along a popular trail in our community. Created as a way to inspire parents, teachers, and caregivers to take young children outdoors to combine physical activity with literacy. StoryWalk® helps build children's interest in reading while encouraging healthy activity for all! Enjoy the wonder of story and the outdoors together.
Be sure to take lots of photos and share them with us on Instagram and Facebook using #steamboatlibrary.
Special thank you to Routt County United Way's Women United and the City of Steamboat Springs for partnering with the library on this literacy project for the community.
