To use this service, we request that book clubs register with the Adult Services Associate Librarian Erina Alkema.

Each club must have at least one member with a valid Bud Werner Library card. That person will be responsible for picking up the kit, checking it out on a library card, distributing the books to club members, and returning the kit with all its contents to the library.

Please be sure to include your preferred method of contact. It is essential to include multiple choices to expedite the process in case your first choice is unavailable during your requested time frame. Erina will get back to you as soon as possible; if you need it urgently, please include that in your submission. 

We recommend that you schedule the pick-up date roughly four weeks before your club meets so there is time to get the book, read it, host your meeting, and return it on its scheduled due date to ensure all copies are available for the next group. 

Individual copies can be picked up at the circulation desk, and the entire kit can be checked out to a single group member if desired.

If your group happens to lose or damage a book, we ask that you pay a replacement fee of $10.00.
