About the speaker
Beth Blaskovich is a meditation and mindset coach, accomplished musician, instructor and business owner. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Music Performance and a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management.
Beth began her meditation practice at the Inner Insight Institute and has continued her studies with a certification in Neurosculpting® meditation with advanced training in nervous system regulation techniques from the Neurosculpting® Institute. As the current Director of Facilitator Engagement for the institute, Beth provides training and development to the meditation facilitator community and leadership in the institute’s programming. She runs a private meditation and mindset coaching practice providing practical tools for managing stress and anxiety, helping individuals cultivate balance and resilience while optimizing peak performance.
Her passion for international travel has further enriched her perspective, giving her a global outlook on mindfulness and personal growth. As a solo traveler, Beth applies mindset practices and nervous system regulation techniques to navigate unfamiliar environments with calm and confidence. This experience shapes her ability to guide others in discovering their own inner peace, no matter where they are on their journey. Whether guiding meditation sessions, performing as a pianist, or teaching at her piano studio, she emphasizes the power of mindfulness and emotional regulation in cultivating focus and tapping into creative potential.
