Learn STEM topics from Stanford Spokes, a group of students biking across the country in the name of science!

Stanford Spokes is offering a full day of free STEM workshops for kids and teens, ages 10 and up. Workshops include, "Logic & Games", "Visions & Illusions," Meet the Maker", and more. See the full curriculum here. Workshops will be held on the hour from 9am - 12pm and 1pm-4pm in Library Hall.

This summer, seven Stanford students will be spending three months biking from San Francisco to D.C., teaching hands-on STEAM workshops to local middle school and high school students along the way. Unlike the traditional classroom, we focus on  introducing middle and high school students to STEM topics outside of their standard curriculum. Our belief is that interactive workshops are the most effective way to introduce STEM to young students and teach them meaningful skills.
