Artist Jill Bergman created this stunning whimsical artwork to celebrate the library’s ukuleles. She’s a talented printmaker who lives in Steamboat Springs. The piece was inspired by books and the beautiful Yampa Valley, as well as the heartfelt quote by ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro. Jill carved the linocut and printed it by hand, then painted it with watercolor.
